Context

A premium brand, 8 markets, zero adapted tooling.

Greenmood designs and manufactures preserved moss walls, cork acoustic panels, and biophilic architectural products - sold in 8 markets worldwide (Belgium, USA, UK, France, UAE, Poland, South Korea, Germany).

Their marketing team managed content manually across multiple Instagram accounts, LinkedIn pages, and regional markets - each with its own language, tone, and compliance rules. Product facts (NRC acoustic ratings, fire certifications, designer credits) had to be accurate across every post. One wrong claim could damage credibility with architects and specifiers.

The challenge

Scattered content, inevitable errors, no control.

Content was scattered across spreadsheets and DMs. No approval workflow - posts went live without fact-checking. Timezone confusion across 8 markets caused missed schedules. No audit trail for AI-generated content. Manual publishing on each platform, one by one.

For a premium B2B brand addressing demanding architects and specifiers, this level of risk was no longer acceptable. Greenmood needed a system, not another tool.

Product thinking

A marketing OS. Not a wrapper around existing tools.

We didn’t try to connect Hootsuite with ChatGPT. We designed a complete marketing operating system, custom-built for Greenmood’s workflows.

The founding principle: AI must never fabricate facts. Every generated piece of content is grounded in a verified knowledge base (product specifications, brand guidelines, market-specific rules). Publishing is automated but controlled - a strict approval pipeline prevents any shortcuts.

We designed for multi-market from day one: timezones, languages, tones, local regulations. Not as an afterthought.

Approach

Six modules. One integrated system.

**Editorial Calendar** - Month, week and agenda views. Every market and platform color-coded. Drag-and-drop scheduling, multi-market batch creation, and timezone-aware publishing.

**AI Content Composer** - Claude AI generates content grounded in Greenmood’s Knowledge Base: real product specs, brand tone guidelines, and market-specific rules. The AI never invents facts. Every generated post passes through fact-checking before scheduling.

**Approval Pipeline** - A strict 6-step state machine: Draft → AI Generated → Fact-Checked → Brand Approved → Ready to Schedule → Scheduled → Published. Every transition is logged. No shortcuts.

**Automated Publishing** - Direct integration with Instagram Graph API and LinkedIn API. Single images, carousels (up to 10 slides), Stories, and Reels. First comments auto-posted for LinkedIn link strategy.

**Market Intelligence** - An AI-powered competitive intelligence engine that monitors industry trends, competitor moves, and content gaps. Recommends actionable content opportunities scored by relevance.

**Multi-Market, Multi-Language** - 8 markets, each with localized tone. French for France, Polish for Poland, Korean for South Korea. The platform UI itself is trilingual (EN/FR/PL).

Execution

Full-stack. From design to production deployment.

The application was built with Next.js 16 (App Router) and React 19 in strict TypeScript. The database runs on Neon PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM. AI uses Anthropic Claude: Sonnet for content generation, Haiku for validation and fact-checking.

Media goes through Cloudinary for CDN and image optimization. Authentication is session-based with middleware protection. Everything is deployed on Vercel (Edge + Serverless) with Tailwind CSS v4 for styling.

The system manages roles (Operator, Coordinator, Viewer), brand guardrails (AI never fabricates specs, always credits designers), and timezone-aware publishing (US posts publish in New York time, UAE posts in Dubai time).
